I love this smoothie by one of my favorite healthy foodies, Deliciously Ella. I like to have it as a snack during the day. Its creamy like milkshake but so much healthier for you! This is a nourishing treat made with nutritious greens, creamy peanut butter and protein packed hemp seeds. I like to keep a stash of chopped up frozen banana in my freezer for all of my smoothies as it gives them a milkshake texture. Make sure you freeze them for no less than 2 hours.
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup/200ml of brown rice milk
1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 large handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of shelled hemp seeds or hemp powder
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
