Eat To Live is an astonishing book on how a vegetarian diet can literally save and extend your life. Don’t be fooled. People who are veggie or vegan are not automatically healthy and disease free. This Book is an in depth study of how fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds really are mother natures miracles. I thoroughly enjoyed this read; knowledge is power and this book gives you that in abundance.
Many things have happened since writing this post and for the past year I have been suffering with health issues that have affected every part of my life. After numerous doctors tests, evaluations and medication prescriptions, I decided to really live by some of the advice in this book and other amazing health books and regimes and began a journey to heal myself through nutrition.
