Hi Maloy thanks again for the helpful post , ( i seem to relate with all these post lol ) Like you, i have suffered with back pain and yes i get the when you sneeze your back goes . I had Physio and heat treatment which worked for a while but now doesn’t . i have a condition where the tiny muscles that make the vertebrae move up and down have disintegrated so my big muscles have to do it which over works them and so leads to very painful spasms. Stretching them is the only treatment really for this , so i will be trying these out and let you know , thanks xx
