Most of us need a little afternoon pick me up and Peppermint oil is amazing at invigorating the senses and energizing the mind to help us get through the rest of our day.
I’ve used this little trick for a while now and I find it so helpful when I need an extra boost during the day. It’s great for mental clarity, improving focus and concentration.
Simply rub one or two drops across your forehead using your finger tip. Make sure you thoroughly wash your hands after application as it can irritate your eyes if it comes into contact. You can also take a few whiffs throughout the day to perk you up whenever you need it!
